How to Use
1 teaspoon Chaparral tea per 8 oz of hot water.
Bring fresh filtered water to a boil and pour over tea.
Cover while steeping to preserve the natural herbal oils.
Steep for only 5 minutes.
Over-steeping can make the tea extremely bitter and overly strong.
Strain and enjoy warm.
Drink 1–3 times daily as desired.
